摘　　要：注凝成形可以近净尺寸的成形各种复杂形状的、大尺寸的陶瓷部件,其工艺简单、生坯强度高、致密度高、结构均匀性好。本文详述了注凝成形的优势、技术原理、常用的凝胶体系以及关键技术,并且根据现有的技术痛点对注凝成形未来的发展进行了展望。Gel-casting can be used to shape various complex shapes and large size ceramic parts of near net size,with simple process,high green strength,high density and good structure uniformity. This paper describes the advantages,technical principles,common gel systems and key technologies of gel-casting,and forecasts the future development of gel-casting according to the existing technical pain points.
