摘　　要：本文分析出现阶段学校教学与企业用工脱节,提出以课证融通为突破口,构建“四阶递进双循环”人才培养模式,在课堂教学中融入企业定制的1+X证书制度职业技能等级标准的内容,学生在经过学校的学习后能够完成1+X证书制度职业技能等级证书的考核,达到企业用工的标准。提升了学生对《色彩与调色》课程的学习兴趣与学习效果。This article analyzes the emergence of the disconnection between school teaching and enterprise employment,and proposes to use the integration of class certificates as a breakthrough,build a"four-stage progressive double cycle"talent training model,and incorporate enterprise-customized 1+X certificate system professional skill levels into classroom teaching content.Students can complete the 1+X certificate system vocational skill level certificate assessment after studying in the school,and meet the standards of enterprise employment to enhance students’interest and learning effect in the course of"Color and Toning".
