20个松杉灵芝菌株寒地栽培适应性比较研究

摘　　要：为筛选出适宜寒地人工栽培的松杉灵芝优良菌株,以不同来源的20个松杉灵芝菌株为材料,通过拮抗反应将其分为12组,观察(测)比较其菌丝形态、生长速度、子实体农艺性状及产量等。结果:以菌株‘G17’‘G36’‘G40’的综合性状较好,其菌丝生长速度快,抗杂性较强,产量高,产品商品性较好,适合在生产中大面积栽培应用。In order to screen the suitable strains of Ganoderma tsugae for cold region artifcial cultivation,20 strains of G.tsugae from different sources were compared.The results showed that 20 strains could be divided into 12 groups,by comparing the strain color,growth rate,agronomic characters of fruiting body,and yield of 20 strains,by antagonistic teaction,Strains 7,12 and 14 have better comprehensive characters,which had the advantages of fast mycelium grows,strong resistance,high yield and good commercial character.Which can be widely used in production.
