摘  要:目前多弹种共架发射是火箭炮发射系统的主流趋势,但是在现役装备适配新增弹种时,发射控制软件设计过程繁琐,弹种间互用数据结构,参数相互关联,修改某一弹种时可能对其他弹种造成未知影响,耦合现象严重。在某型火箭炮发控软件的基础上,基于密度的聚类算法选取合适的参数,将发控软件预处理得到的功能节点按其相似度包装成软件功能模块,分析模块间的层次嵌套关系,进一步划分,根据聚类结果设计了一种动态加载模型去除弹种间发射流程的耦合,重新设计了发控软件。通过验证,重新设计的发控软件在完成设计需求所有功能的基础上,优化了软件结构,不仅提高了功能聚类指标,对后期的维护成本和新增弹种的便利性也有良好的改善。同时,对陆军火控系统中其他软件的重新设计和梳理有十分重要的借鉴作用。At present,common frame of multi-projectile launching is the mainstream trend of rocket launcher systems.However,when the equipment inservice is adapted to the new projectile,the design process of the launch control software is cumbersome.The type of projectile shares the data structure.The parameters relate to each other.The correction of certain type of projectiles may cause unknown impacts on other types of projectiles,and the coupling phenomenon is serious.In this paper,based on a certain type of rocket launcher control software,a density-based clustering algorithm is used to select appropriate parameters,and the functional nodes obtained by preprocessing of the launcher control software are packaged into software function modules according to their similarities,and the hierarchical embedding relationship between the modules is analyzed to make further division.According to the clustering results,a dynamic loading model is designed to remove the coupling of the firing flow between projectile types,and the launch control software is redesigned.Through verification,the redesigned launch control software optimizes the software structure on the basis of completing all the functions required by the design,which not only improves the functional clustering index,but also improves the future maintenance cost and the convenience of the new added types of projectiles.At the same time,it has a very important reference for redesigning and sorting out other software in the Army’s fire control system.
