摘  要:课程思政与思政课程协同是构建“三全育人”格局的重要环节,但目前二者在教学内容统筹、教学管理衔接、教学评价与激励措施等方面各自为阵,影响了思想政治教育效果。为此,需要各类教学和管理主体形成协同意识,达成协同管理,实现内容协同,促进教师协同,健全协同评价机制,以促进课程思政与思政课程协同效应形成,达到整体大于部分之和的育人效果。Developing the education mechanism to leverage synergy between ideological and political courses(IPC)and generalized ideological and political theory education(GIPT)is necessary to the reinforcement of ideology development,as well as to act in accordance with socialist ideological education rules and internalization rules.However,at this stage most sides have not been fully aware of the importance of the synergistic education effect between IPC and GIPT.This has caused the split in teaching activities carried out within two parties,which exists in teaching material coordination,teaching management coherence,teaching evaluation system and incentive plans.The divergence has influenced the effect of ideological and political education.Therefore,it is critical to engage all parties involved in teaching and management activities and raise their awareness of the synergy effect.We need innovate the reform of tertiary institutions to achieve the uniformity of teaching management.The teaching content should be delved,summarized and refined scientifically to ensure its consistency.Teaching resources should be improved and more qualified teachers are needed to strengthen the synergy.We shall also burnish the incentive plans and build a sound evaluation mechanism.These measures should contribute to the rise of synergy effect between IPC and GIPT,and consequently lead to a better outcome in moral education.
