摘  要:近年来,师范类专业认定试点工作在全国范围内如火如荼开展,其理念与我国教育改革相契合,具有超越性、主动性、前瞻性的特点,既是高校内涵发展的根本目的,同时也是引领高校教师专业成长的最终归宿。其意义是极为深远的,不仅开启了以认证为抓手的推动教师发展的新模式,同时也为当前高校师范类专业教育教学突破困境指明了方向。基于此,文章首先就师范类专业认证及高校教师专业内涵发展两方面进行了概念解析,接着阐述了专业认证在教师内涵发展中的意义,最后提出了基于师范类专业认证标准的高校教师发展路径,以期能够推动高校教师更好发展,从而助力高校教育教学改革的顺利开展。Recent years,the pilot work for the approval standards of normal speciality has been carried out nationwide.Its concept is consistent with our country's education reform.It has the characteristics of transcendence,initiative and foresight.It is not only the fundamental purpose of the internal development of universities,but also the ultimate destination of the professional growth of college teachers,which is of far-reaching significance.It also displays a new model of promoting normal speciality development with approval of normal speciality as the starting point.Meanwhile it figures out the direction for the current college teacher for professional teaching of normal speciality and breaks through the present teaching predicament.The article firstly analyzes the concepts of the approval standards of normal speciality and the development of professional connotation of college teachers,then expounds the significance of the official approval standards of normal speciality in the inner development of university teachers,and finally proposes the development path of college teachers based on the official approval standards of normal speciality for promoting the better development of college teachers,thereby contributing to the success of college education and teaching reform.
