摘　　要：为满足全社会对于高质量培育应用型人才的实际需求,应用型高校尤其是民办高校,着力构建并完善自身教育管理体系,通过创新学科竞赛管理模式,进行生态型体系建设,以调动学生自主学习的积极性,“赛教一体”地提升实际应用能力。本文基于民办高校建立学科竞赛管理体系存在的现实问题,以学科竞赛为基础,较有针对性地对意识增强、制度完善和资金投入等方面的创新路径进行研究,鼓励学生积极参与,将课堂学习与社会实践相结合,并不断疏通信息渠道,进行知识的有效扩展,增强学习的实效性,旨在通过分析构建学科竞赛管理体系的必要性,进一步创建科学、完备且凸显成效的学科竞赛管理体系,为促进民办高校教育的长效发展赋能助力。In order to meet the a ctual needs of the whole s ociety for the cultivation of high-quality a pplied talents,application-oriented colleges and universities,especially private colleges and universities,strive to build and improve their own education management system.Through the innovation of discipline competition management mode,the construction of ecological system is carried out,so as to improve the enthusiasm of students'autonomous learning and enhance the practical application ability of"integration of competition and education".Based on the practical problems existing in the establishment of discipline competition management system in private colleges and universities,this paper studies the innovation path of consciousness enhancement,system improvement and capital investment based on discipline competition,encourages students to participate actively,combines classroom learning with social practice,and constantly dredges information channels,effectively expands knowledge and enhances learning Through the analysis of the necessity of constructing the subject competition management system,the paper aims to further create a scientif ic,complete and effective subject competition management system,so as to promote the long-term development of private higher education.
