摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,道路桥梁工程得到了快速崛起,使得社会上对于道路桥梁与渡河工程专业的人才需求量不断加大,为了满足社会对于专业型人才的需求,需要建立在创新能力培养的基础上,针对相关专业的实践教学进行有效改革。对此,需要基于创新能力培养的道路桥梁与渡河工程专业实践教学改革进行分析。With the rapid development of social economy,road and bridge engineering of the rapid rise,make the society for roads and Bridges to cross a river engineering professional talent demand is increasing,in order to meet the social demand for professional talents,need to establish on the basis of the innovation ability training,in view of the relevant professional practice teaching reform effectively.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the practical teaching reform of road and bridge and river crossing engineering specialty based on the cultivation of innovative ability.
