摘 要:非粘结柔性管道由于具有较好的柔性,比传统的单层钢管更加适应恶劣的海洋环境,已广泛应用于深海和超深海区域的油气开采。其中,管道的不锈钢骨架层结构复杂,以往的简化模型不能较好地反映其力学性能。为此,考虑骨架层互锁和摩擦等因素,建立了三维有限元模型,分析了骨架层在材料弹性范围内各种载荷作用下的变形。结果表明:管道骨架层的拉压刚度、弯曲刚度均随着载荷的增大保持基本不变,且压缩刚度明显大于拉伸刚度;顺时针扭转刚度略大于逆时针扭转刚度,均随扭矩的增加而增大;骨架层径向位移与外压近似为线性关系;此外还研究了骨架层关键结构尺寸对局部应力分布的影响,为骨架层结构优化提供了有限元分析手段。Unbonded flexible pipes are widely used for oil and gas extraction in deep water and ultra-deep water.Due to its good flexibility,unbonded flexible pipes are more suitable for the severe marine environment than traditional single-layer steel pipes.The stainless steel carcass layer of the pipe has a very complex structure.The previous simplified models of the carcass layer can not reflect its mechanical properties well.Therefore,a new 3D FE model considering the factors including interlock and friction of the carcass layer is established.The deformation of the carcass layer under various loads in the elastic range is analyzed.The results show that the tensile,compressive and bending stiffness basically remain unchanged with the increasing load,and the compressive stiffness is obviously greater than the tensile stiffness;the clockwise torsional stiffness is slightly greater than the counter-clockwise torsional stiffness,both of which increase with the increasing torque;The radial displacement is approximately linear with the external pressure;The influence of the key structural parameters of the carcass layer on the local stress distribution is also studied,which provides an effective FEA method for the structure optimization of the carcass layer.
