摘　　要：学科竞赛是推动高校改革创新、提升教学质量的重要抓手,对学科竞赛进行评价是促进学科竞赛良性发展的重要手段。基于目标的学科竞赛质量评价,有利于抓住评价重点和关键,有利于对不同层次和区域等级的竞赛进行比较,为学科竞赛的分类管理提供支持。提出了基于目标的学科竞赛质量评价的思路和方法,构建了评价模型;并以安徽省大学生GIS技能大赛为例,对该赛事进行了评价分析。Discipline competition is an important grasp to promote the reform and innovation of colleges and universities,and the evaluation of discipline competition is an important means to promote its sound development.The quality evaluation of objective-based discipline competition is helpful to grasp the key points of the evaluation,to compare the competition at different levels and in different regions,and to provide support for the classification and management of the competition.This paper puts forward the idea and method of quality evaluation of objective-based discipline competition and constructs the evaluation model.Taking GIS skill competition of college students in Anhui province as an example,this paper evaluates and analyzes the competition.
