摘　　要：母性行为是一种复杂的高度进化保守的基础社会行为,研究母性行为与子代发育的关联,是妇幼保健优生优育工作的基础。本文介绍了以内侧视前区为中心的母性行为基本神经环路,性激素、催产素、精氨酸后叶加压素等调控因子的作用,从母体基因风险和负面环境经历讨论了异常母性行为的发生,及其对子代神经发育的影响。Maternal behavior is a complex and highly evolutionary conservative basic social behavior,relationship between maternal behavior and the development of offspring is the foundation of eugenic maternal and child health care.This article introduces the basic neural circuit for maternal behavior centered on the medial preop-tic area(MPOA),the role of sex hormones,oxytocin,arginine-vasopressin and other regulatory factors,then discusses the occurrence of abnormal maternal behavior induced by maternal genetic risks and negative environmental experience and the interference on the neurodevelopment of offspring.
