摘 要:结合宁波地区某高层装配式住宅项目,探讨BIM技术在项目设计和施工过程中的应用,减少设计图纸问题,提高现场施工管理效率。通过BIM正向设计装配式设计图纸,解决钢筋与钢筋和预埋件碰撞等问题,建立参数化构件族,提高构件出图效率。利用BIM+RFID等技术进行三维施工模拟、提取构件工程信息等手段缩短工期、合理利用劳动力,保证装配式建筑全生命周期的精细化管理和效益最大化。通过铝模和BIM技术的结合降低装配式住宅预制率和装配率,计算发现周转次数在30次以上时,铝模成本低于木模成本。This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in the design and construction of a high-rise prefabricated housing project in Ningbo,and aims to reduce the problems of design drawings and improve the efficiency of site construction management.The BIM forward design is emploged to design drawings of prefabricated houses,and can eliminate the problems of collision between reinforcement and reinforcement and embedded parts.Parametric component familis are established,and the efficiency of component drawing is improved.BIM+RFID and other technologies are emploged to carry out three-dimensional construction simulation and extract component engineering information.Other means are adopted to shorten the construction period,make rational use of labor,and ensure the fine management and maximum benefit of the whole life cycle of prefabricated building.Through the combination of aluminum mold and BIM technology,the prefabrication rate and assembly rate of prefabricated houses are reduced.It is found that the cost of aluminum mold is lower than that of wood mold when the number of turnover is more than 30.
