摘 要:本文主要研究对比了三种不同摩擦材料的摩擦阻尼器力学性能的优劣,基于刹车片、钢、紫铜三种摩擦材料,研制出了刹车片型、高强钢型、紫铜型摩擦阻尼器,并对它们进行了常规力学性能试验,同时通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS对模型在理想状态下进行数值模拟,参照规范综合对比三种不同摩擦材料的试验与模拟的常规性能指标及滞回曲线。研究结果表明:紫铜型摩擦阻尼器试验与模拟滞回曲线吻合度良好,能够满足规范中常规性能指标,滞回曲线更加饱满平稳,刚度变化较小,耗能效果较为稳定。This paper mainly studies and compares the mechanical properties of three kinds of friction dampers with different friction materials.Based on the three friction materials of brake pad,steel and copper,the friction dampers of brake pad type,high-strength steel type and copper type are developed,and their conventional mechanical properties are tested.At the same time,the numerical simulation of the model in ideal state is carried out through the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.According to the normal performance index of friction damper and hysteresis curve in the code,the test results and simulation results of three different friction materials are compared comprehensively.The results show that the test results of the red copper friction damper are in good agreement with the simulated hysteretic curves,which can meet the normal performance index in the code.For red copper friction damper,the hysteretic curves is fuller and more stable,the stiffness changes little,and the energy consumption effect is more stable.
