高校辅导员心理资本影响因素及提升策略研究

摘　　要：辅导员教师是高等院校教师队伍中的重要组成成分,在大学生成长过程中有重要作用。采用Luthans的心理资本量表对北京地区四所高校的120名辅导员进行调查,结果显示,高校辅导员心理资本水平总体一般,其中希望水平最高。男女辅导员在心理资本水平上存在差异;辅导员心理资本水平在婚姻状况上无显著差异;从事辅导员工作2年以下的辅导员心理资本水平更高。通过访谈法,基于管理视角进一步分析了制约辅导员心理资本发展的因素,在此基础上提出了提升其心理资本水平的策略。As an important component of the teaching staff in universities,college counselors play an important role in the process of college students’growth.The Psychological Capital Scale which made by Luthans was used to investigate 120 counselors in Beijing.The results show that the scores of psychological capital is in the middle level,among which the hope level is the highest.The psychological capital level of college counselors has significant differences in gender and working years,but there is no significant difference in marital status.The interview method is used to further analyze the factors that restrict the development of the counselor’s psychological capital from the perspective of management and on this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the psychological capital.
