基于钻石模型理论的湖北旅游产业竞争力研究

摘　　要：2020年初湖北省突遇重大疫情--新冠肺炎,这场突如其来的公共卫生事件致使各行各业的发展受到不同程度的创伤,其中旅游产业的创伤更为严重。深受创伤的湖北旅游产业如何再现辉煌,基于钻石模型的理论体系,运用访谈法和文献法,分析湖北省旅游业的发展现状,制订一系列表格说明湖北旅游产业在生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、企业战略结构及同业竞争方面较之全国前列,最后提出提升湖北省旅游产业竞争力的可行性建议,希望为湖北省旅游产业的复苏与振兴贡献绵薄之力。The year 2020 is bound to be an extraordinary year.At the beginning of this year,the COVID-19 first broke out in Wuhan,Hubei province.The epidemic has caused different levels of trauma to the development of all walks of life,especially to the tourism industry.How to reproduce the glory of the traumatized tourism industry in Hubei?Based on the theoretical system of the diamond model,this paper uses the interview method and the literature method to analyzes the development status of tourism in Hubei province,and formulate a series of forms to explain Hubei tourism industry in production factors,demand conditions,Related and supportive industries,corporate strategic structures and peer competition,in the forefront,finally put forward the feasibility suggestion of promoting competitiveness of Hubei Province,hoping to contribute to the recovery and revitalization of the Hubei Provincial Tourism Industry.
