生物活性玻璃和五倍子对乳牙釉质早期龋治疗效果探究

摘　　要：文章以乳牙作为研究对象,通过使用多乐氟、生物活性玻璃溶液、五倍子溶液及生物活性玻璃和五倍子结合溶液对乳牙釉质早期龋治疗进行处理;然后使用扫描电镜对不同组的样本进行观察,使用荧光显微镜对不同样本牙齿进行观察,使用生化分析仪对再脱矿处理中脱矿液的钙离子浓度进行测定。实验结果表明,生物活性玻璃和五倍子的结合溶液对乳牙釉质早期龋治疗效果最好。This paper takes deciduous teeth as the research object,and treats the early caries of deciduous tooth enamel by using dole fluoride,bioactive glass solution,gallnut solution and bioactive glass and gallnut combined solution;then using scanning electron microscope to observe different groups of samples,a microhardness tester was used to measure different sample teeth,and a biochemical analyzer was used to measure the calcium ion concentration of the demineralization solution in the re-demineralization treatment.The experimental results show that the combined solution of bioactive glass and gallnut has the best effect on the treatment of early caries of enamel of deciduous teeth.
