摘 要:目的探讨利用个性化三维成型钛网在颅眶缺损整复术中的临床应用。方法2013年1月至2019年6月西南医科大学附属口腔医院收治颅眶缺损患者16例,均采用个性化三维成型钛网修补颅眶缺损区,术前行CT检查,采用计算机辅助设计、镜像技术、快速成型技术预制个性化钛网,并植入颅眶骨缺损区。结果预制个性化钛网与缺损区形态吻合,能恢复颅颌面部正常外观形态,并缩短手术时间。术后平均随访3年,16例患者无癫痫发作、钛网外露等并发症,视力、视野正常,美观满意度高。结论利用个性化三维成型钛网修补颅眶缺损可优化手术方案、改善容貌外形、减少术后并发症、缩短手术时间,实现精准化、个性化修复,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of personalized three-dimensional titanium mesh in reconstruction of cranial-orbital defects.Methods This study involved 16 patients with cranial-orbital defects treated at the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Southwest Medical University between January 2013 and June2019.The patients all received cranial-orbital defect reconstruction with personalized three-dimensional titanium mesh.Preoperative computed tomography scan was conducted for the preparation of personalized titanium mesh with computer aided design,mirror imaging technology,and rapid prototyping technology,which was implanted to repair the cranio-orbital bone defect.Results The personalized titanium mesh matched the bone defect and was used to reconstruct the shape of craniofacial bone in shorter operation time.During an average follow-up of 3 years,there were no complications such as epileptic seizures and titanium mesh exposure,with normal vision and visual fields and high aesthetic satisfaction.Conclusion Cranial-orbital defect reconstruction with personalized three-dimensional titanium mesh has optimal surgical procedure,improved facial esthetics,less postoperative complications,and shorter operation time.This technology allows accurate and personalized cranial-orbital reconstruction and should be recommended for clinical use.
