摘  要:考虑了带有中间驱动器的带式输送机牵引力问题,中间驱动器提供的牵引力很大程度上取决于接触区域中相对滑动区域的长度,该长度的大小直接影响中间驱动器所提供牵引力的大小。通过进行承载带和传动带接触区域的阻力分析,建立了接触区域的数学模型,并分析了张力变化对接触区域的影响,最后通过RecurDyn进行仿真验证。结果表明,增加承载带的张力可以提高中间驱动器的牵引力,增加传动带的张力可以降低中间驱动器的牵引力,该结果可为增大中间驱动器牵引力提供一定的借鉴意义。Considered the traction force problem of belt conveyor with intermediate drive, the traction force provided by the intermediate drive largely depends on the length of the relative sliding area in the contact area, which directly affects the traction provided by the intermediate drive. Established the mathematical model of the contact area by carrying out the resistance analysis of the contact area of the carrier belt and the transmission belt, and analyzed the influence of the tension change on the contact area. Finally, it is verified by RecurDyn. The results show that increasing the tension of the carrier belt can increase the traction force of the intermediate drive, and increase the tension of the transmission belt can reduce the traction of the intermediate drive. This result can provide a certain reference for increasing the traction force of the intermediate drive.
