摘 要:隔爆型阀门执行器使用中突发爆炸情况时,密闭容积内压力迅速增高,可造成外部元器件端盖的结构应力发生很大变化,极易导致疲劳失效。对现有某阀门执行器端盖进行有限元分析,结果表明端盖中心处及拐角处都有应力集中,且最大值超过材料抗拉强度,抗爆性强度不足。对端盖应力集中的位置进行分析,同时考虑轻量化,提出优化措施,对优化模型在相同爆炸工况下进行动力学仿真模拟,结果表明,优化后端盖各点应力值分布相对均匀且在安全范围内,最大变形量也在安全值范围内。同时减轻了重量,大量生产可显著节约成本,提高经济效益。When the flameproof valve actuator is used under the explosion limit condition, the rapidly increasing pressure in the container will cause the structural stress of the end cover of the external components to change, which will easily lead to fatigue failure. The finite element analysis of the existed end cover of a valve actuator was carried out. The results show that there was stress concentration at the center and corner of the end cover, and the maximum value exceeds the tensile strength of the material, and the anti-explosion strength is insufficient. The stress concentration position of the end cover was analyzed, and the optimization measures were put forward considering the lightweight. The dynamic simulation was carried out on the optimization model under the same explosion condition. The result shows that the stress distribution of each point of the optimized end cover is relatively uniform and within the safe range, and the maximum deformation is also within the safe range. At the same time, the weight is reduced, and the mass production can significantly save costs and improve economic benefits.
