摘  要:为解决巷道修复机多种工作机具的快速更换问题,提高施工效率,通过三维设计软件NX设计开发了一种手动快换装置,根据该快换装置的工作原理建立了偏置曲柄滑块数学仿真模型,并对该结构进行优化设计,得到了快换装置各结构尺寸的最优解,基于向量法建立了快换装置的运动学矩阵方程组,并利用数值仿真软件对该结构进行了运动学分析,得到了套筒扳手和定位块的运动规律曲线,并分析了起始角度和起始位置对定位块行程和周期的影响。现场试验结果显示,该手动快换装置运行连续平稳,无阶跃信号和工作死点,受力简单可靠。研究结果为巷道修复机手动快换装置的应用提供了理论依据。In order to solve the problem of rapid replacement of the various working tools of the roadway repair machine and improve the construction efficiency, a manual quick change device was designed and developed through the three-dimensional design software NX. According to the working principle of the quick change device, the mathematical simulation model of the offset crank slider was established, and the optimal design of the structure was carried out, and the optimal solution of each structure size of the quick change device was obtained. The kinematics matrix equations of the quick change device were established based on vector method. The kinematic analysis of the structure was carried out by using numerical simulation software. The motion law curves of the socket wrench and the positioning block were obtained, and the influence of the starting angle and initial position on the travel and period of the positioning block were analyzed. The field test results show that the manual quick change device runs continuously and stably without the step signal and dead point, and the force is simple and reliable. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the application of manual quick change device of the roadway repair machine.
