摘 要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法同时测定紫黄软膏中阿魏酸和小檗碱的含量。方法:紫黄软膏制剂水提取液分析采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),体积流量0.3 mL/min,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸二氢钾为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长345 nm,柱温35℃,进样量5μL。结果:阿魏酸和小檗碱在各自范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.38%和98.90%,RSD分别为2.68%和2.73%。结论:该方法易操作、准确、可靠,可用于紫黄软膏的质量控制。Objective:To establish the ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method for simultaneous determination of ferulic acid and berberine in Zihuang ointment.Methods:Analysis on aqueous extract of Zihuang ointment preparation was performed on the ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)with a volume flow rate of 0.3 mL/min,acetonitrile-0.05%potassium dihydrogen phosphate was used as mobile phase,with gradient elution and detection wavelength of 345 nm.The column temperature was 35℃and the injection volume was 5μL.Results:Ferulic acid and berberine showed good linearity in the respective ranges with the average recovery of 99.38%and 98.90%and RSD of 2.68%and 2.73%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Zihuang ointment.
