摘 要:载药脂质微泡是由脂质壳膜和气核组成的负载治疗药物的多功能微气泡,具有高度的生物兼容性,能够增强超声显影并能进行智能药物递送,目前在超声造影剂和超声响应药物输送系统研究领域受到广泛的关注,并且正在被开发用于更多新的诊断和治疗应用。综述载药脂质微泡的结构特点、载药方法以及推进智能化超声医学技术的研究进展,并对其在超声医学技术上的应用做了总结和展望。Composed of lipid shell membrane and gas nucleus,drug-loaded lipid microbubbles are multi-functional microbubbles loaded with therapeutic drugs.They can be used to enhance ultrasound imaging and intelligent drug delivery due to their high biocompatibility.At present,drug-loaded lipip microbubbles have been widely used as ultrasound contrast agents and ultrasound response drug delivery system.In the near future,they are going to be developed for new diagnostic and therapeutic applications.In this review,the structural characteristics and preparation methods of drug-loaded lipid microbubbles and the research progress of intelligent ultrasonic medical technology are systematically summarized,and their application prospects in ultrasonic medical technology are discussed.
