摘  要:目的观察超声波导入维生素E对面部Ⅱ度烧伤后色素沉着的治疗效果。方法招募2019年9月至2020年9月在本院就诊的面部Ⅱ度烧伤患者36例,观察组(n=12)和对照组(n=12)患者通过随机抽样法进行分组,另有12例拒绝进行治疗的患者作为未处理组。观察组使用超声波(频率1 MHz,强度0.8 W/cm^(2),2次/d)导入维生素E(0.5~1 mL,2次/d)治疗面部色素沉着,2周为1个疗程;对照组仅外用涂抹维生素E;未处理组面部皮肤不做处理。3组患者面部皮肤均严格进行物理防晒,于治疗2、4周后观察疗效。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组(66.67%)和未处理组(8.33%),3组治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗4周后,观察组和对照组总有效率均为83.33%,高于未处理组(25.00%),3组治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。观察组患者治疗2、4周后色素面积和色素强度减轻程度均明显高于对照组和未处理组(P<0.05),对照组明显高于未处理组(P<0.05)。随着时间的增加,3组患者色素面积和色素强度均呈减轻趋势,其中对照组治疗4周后患者色素面积和色素强度减轻程度明显高于2周(P<0.05),而观察组患者治疗2周即达到对照组治疗4周的效果(P>0.05)。结论超声波导入维生素E可有效改善面部烧伤形成的炎症后色素沉着,缩短见效时间。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of sonophoresis vitamin E on postinflammatory hyperpigmentation after facial second degree burn. Methods All the 36 patients with facial second degree treated in our hospital between September 2019 and September 2020 were recruited in this study. Twenty-four of them were randomly assigned into the observation group(n=12) and the control group(n=12), and the other 12 who refused treatment were automatically assigned to the blank control group(n=12). The observation group was treated with vitamin E(0.5~1 mL, twice per day) by sonophoresis(frequency 1 MHz, intensity 0.8 W/cm^(2), twice per day), while the control group was only treated with vitamin E, and the blank control group was not treated with vitamin E. And the 3 groups of patients followed strictly physical sunscreen for facial skin. After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the curative effects were observed and compared among the 3 groups. Results After 2 weeks, the total effective rate was 83.33% in the observation group, 66.67% in the control group, and 8.33% in the blank control group;And significant difference in the rate was observed among the 3 groups(P=0.001). In 4 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate was 83.33% in both the observation group and the control group, obviously higher than that of the blank control group(25.00%, P=0.011). The observation group obtained less pigment area and weaker pigment intensity when compared the other 2 groups in 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05), and the conditions in the pigmentation were better in the control group than the blank control group(P<0.05). With time elapsing, the pigment area and pigment intensity were in a trend of decreasing in all of the 3 groups. The conditions after 4 weeks’ treatment were greatly improved than those at 2 weeks in the control group(P<0.05). Those at 2 weeks in the observation group were similar to those in the control group after 4 weeks’ treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Vitamin E though sonophoresis can effectively improve the
