摘　　要：近年来,颞下颌关节紊乱综合征(temporomandibular disorder, TMD)患病率越来越高,且病因复杂。下颌运动轨迹观测能够针对颞下颌关节(temporomandibular joint, TMJ)的运动能力及协调性进行诊断分析,广泛应用于口腔正畸、修复及外科治疗过程中,对TMD的诊断分析及疗效评定具有重要参考价值。In recent years, the prevalence of temporomandibular disorder(TMD) has been higher and higher, and the etiology is elusive. Tracking the mandibular movements can diagnose and analyze the motor ability and coordination of temporomandibular joint(TMJ) and it is widely used in orthodontics, in the process of rehabilitation and surgical treatment, which offers essential reference values for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of temporomandibular disorders.
