摘 要:角蛋白(keratin, K)是细胞骨架蛋白中间丝家族的成员之一,主要分布在上皮细胞胞质中。角蛋白具有多种生物学功能,不仅能够维持上皮细胞的完整性,还通过调节上皮细胞凋亡、增殖、迁移以及免疫炎症反应,参与炎症和肿瘤疾病的发生和发展,成为多种炎症和肿瘤疾病早期诊断和预后判断的分子标志和治疗靶点。近年来,角蛋白在口腔疾病中的研究逐渐增多,该文就角蛋白的生物学功能及其在口腔疾病中的研究进展作一综述。Keratin(K), a member of the middle filament family of cytoskeletal proteins, is mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of epithelial cells. Keratin has various biological functions. It not only can maintain the integrity of epithelial cells, but also plays important roles in the development and progression of inflammation and tumor diseases by regulating epithelial cell apoptosis, proliferation, migration and immune inflammatory responses. Therefore, it has become a molecular marker and therapeutic target for early diagnosis and prognosis judgment of various inflammatory and tumor diseases. In recent years, the research of keratin in oral diseases has gradually increased. This article reviews the biological functions of keratin and its research progress in oral diseases.
