国际竞赛牵引下的航天创新能力培养模式探究

摘  要:微小卫星国际竞赛作为航天相关领域学科交叉融合和交流平台,是培养航天专业学生创新能力、实践能力、团队协作能力、国际交流能力的重要载体。在分析微小卫星国际竞赛功能定位的基础上,提出了国际竞赛牵引下的"国际竞赛-实践培训-成果验证"三位一体有机结合的航天创新实践能力培养模式。为了推动这一培养模式,构建了理论拓展、实验实践和创新实践3类课程构成的培训课程体系;并依托在轨任务开展成果验证以拓展学生科研体验和促进竞赛水平提升;最后介绍了该模式的实施措施及成效。实践表明,该模式培养的学生航天创新实践能力等综合实力得到了有效提升,对其他学科专业人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。Micro satellite international competition is an effective platform for interdisciplinary integration and exchange of aerospace related disciplines.It is an important carrier to cultivate the innovation quality,practical ability,team cooperation ability and international communication ability of aerospace students.Firstly,based on the analysis of the function orientation of the international micro satellite competition,an organic combination of"international competition,practical training and achievement verification"is put forward,namely"three in one"training mode.Secondly,in order to promote the implementation of this training mode,the training curriculum system which is composed of theoretical expansion course,experimental practice course and innovative practice course is constructed.On-orbit task is provided to carry out achievement verification to expande students’scientific research experience and promote competition leval.Finally,the guarantee measures and the implementation of the mode are elabarated.It fully proves the advantages of the innovation quality training mode guided by the international competition and also serves as a reference model for the students’innovation quality and practical ability training in other disciplines.
