摘  要:实验室是高校进行人才培养和科学研究的重要基础设施,高校实验室数量多、学科覆盖面广、专业性强,对于试剂的需求品种多、数量大、管理要求高,传统的试剂管理方式很难实现实时、有效、安全的管理。为此,依托信息化方式构建"北京大学试剂管理平台",寓管理于服务,以服务促管理,采取软件结合硬件和支撑保障的模式实现从试剂审批、采购、运输、储存、使用和处置的全生命周期管理。通过加强试剂管理,为教学科研提供物质保障,同时提升实验室安全管理水平。The laboratory is an important base of personnel training and scientific research in colleges and universities.The university laboratories have large quantity,many disciplines and professional,they demand variety and large number of reagents,hence,the management is difficulty.The traditional management is difficult to effective management.Therefore,Peking University Reagent Management Platform is constructed by means of information technology.It combines management with service and promotes management by service.By adopting the mode of combining software with hardware and support guarantee,it achieves the whole process management system from the purchase,transportation,reagent approval,storage to use and disposal.It ensures the normal development of teaching and scientific research,strengthens the management of laboratory reagents,enhances the safety management level.
