摘　　要：随着阻燃和热防护技术的广泛应用,燃烧与热防护类实验室设备种类和数量不断增加,其安全管理的重要性在高校教学和科研工作中日益凸显。通过分析高校此类实验室的特点及在安全管理过程中存在的安全责任意识淡薄、安全管理体系不健全、实验室布局和基础设施配置不合理、事故应急预案与安全演习未落实等问题,结合实验室多年实施的安全管理实践,提出了建立健全安全管理体系,明确安全职责;加强宣传教育,实行安全教育培训制度;利用互联网技术,实现智能化管理;加大安全工作投入,完善实验室基础设施的科学管理方案,为有效预防和控制燃烧与热防护类实验室安全事故的发生,保障各项教学和科研工作的顺利推进提供参考。With the wide application of flame retardant and thermal protection technology,the types and quantities of laboratory equipment for combustion and thermal protection are increasing,the safety management of the laboratory is becoming more and more important in colleges and universities teaching and scientific research.By analyzing the characteristics of such laboratories in colleges and universities and the problems such as weak awareness of safety responsibility,imperfect safety management system,unreasonable laboratory layout and infrastructure configuration,failure to implement emergency plan and safety exercise in the process of safety management,combined with the safety management practice implemented in the laboratory for many years,several scientific management schemes which include establishing management system to define safety responsibility,strengthening publicity education to implement safety education and training system,using internet technology to realize intelligent management,increasing investment in safety to improve laboratory infrastructure are put forward,inorder to prevent and control the occurrence of safety accidents in combustion and thermal protection laboratories and provide reference to ensure the smooth progress of teaching and scientific research.
