摘　　要：目的评估和分析济南市2018年恶性肿瘤登记质量与发病情况,为济南市恶性肿瘤的防治提供科学依据。方法基于2018年济南市恶性肿瘤登记,以粗发病率、标化率、累积率、截缩率、发病顺位等指标,对2018年济南市恶性肿瘤发病资料进行统计分析。质量评价指标为病理组织学诊断比例(MV%)、仅有死亡医学证明书的比例(DCO%)和死亡发病比(M/I)。结果病理学诊断比例为79.21%(MV%),DCO%为2.88%,死亡发病比为0.56。济南市2018年肿瘤粗发病率为350.90/10万,中标率为215.60/10万,男性粗发病率为375.66/10万,中标率为226.06/10万,女性粗发病率为326.65/10万,中标率为209.46/10万,男性前10位恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、食管癌、肝癌、甲状腺癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌、脑神经系统肿瘤和肾癌,占男性恶性肿瘤的85.20%;女性前10位恶性肿瘤依次为乳腺癌、肺癌、甲状腺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、子宫颈癌、子宫体癌、肝癌、脑神经系统肿瘤和食管癌,占女性恶性肿瘤的83.36%。0~14岁婴幼儿及少年儿童无论男女主要是白血病和脑瘤,分别占男性和女性的68.97%和56.60%;男性15~44岁主要是甲状腺癌,45岁以上主要是肺癌与消化系统恶性肿瘤。15岁以上女性主要是乳腺癌、肺癌、甲状腺癌和结直肠癌,占58.53%。结论济南市肿瘤登记质量逐年提高;威胁济南市居民的恶性肿瘤高发年龄为40~84岁,且发病率随年龄增长而升高。Objective To evaluate and analyze the quality and incidence of malignant tumor registry among residents in Jinan city in 2018,so as to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of malignant tumors.Methods Based on the data from Jinan city cancer registry in 2018,the indicators of malignant tumors such as crude incidence,standardized incidence,cumulative rate,cut shrinkage,the incidence sequences were applied to analyze.The ratio of pathologically confirmed cases(MV%),the ratio of incidence cases identified through death certification only(DCO%)and the ration of mortality and incidence(M/I)were applied to evaluate the quality.Results The MV%was 79.21%while the DCO%was 2.88%,and the M/I was 0.56.The crude incidence of malignant tumors was 350.90/105 in Jinan city in 2018,and age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population was 375.66/105.For male,the crude incidence and age-standardized incidence were 375.66/105 and 226.06/105 respectively.For female,the above indicators were 326.65/105 and 209.46/105 respectively.The top 10 incidences of malignant tumors in male were lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,esophageal cancer,liver cancer,thyroid cancer,prostate cancer,bladder cancer,tumors of the brain and nervous system and renal carcinoma,which accounted for 85.20%of all cancers in the male.The top 10 incidences of malignant tumors in the female were breast cancer,lung cancer,thyroid cancer,colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,carcinoma of uterine cervix,endometrial carcinoma,liver cancer,tumors of the brain and nervous system and esophageal cancer,which accounted for 83.36%of all cancers in the female.The leukemia and brain tumor were the main tumors among the infants and children aged 0-14 years,accounted for 68.97%and 56.60%respectively.For 15-44 age group,the first malignant tumor in male was thyroid cancer,and the lung cancer and digestive malignant tumor were the main tumors among the male above 45 aged.The breast cancer,lung cancer,thyroid cancer and colorectal cancer were the main
