摘  要:为研究纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉以及膨润土3种外加剂对机械喷涂抹灰砂浆力学性能的影响,设计了正交试验进行极差及方差分析,得到各因素及水平对试验结果影响的显著性程度。结果表明:3种外加剂中,纤维素醚对砂浆28 d抗压强度的影响最为显著,对7 d抗压强度及14 d拉伸黏结强度并无显著影响;结合极差及方差分析的结果,选取了优选方案对结果进行验证,得到了砂浆的最优配合比。In order to study the effect of the three admixtures including cellulose ether,redispersible latex powder and bentonite on the mechanical properties of mechanical sprayed plaster mortar,orthogonal experiments are designed to analyze the range and variance,thus,the significance of various factors and levels on the test results is obtained.The results show that among the three admixtures,cellulose ether has the most significant effect on the compressive strength of the mortar 28 d,whereas it has no significant effect on the compressive strength of 7 d or the tensile bond strength of 14 d.Combined with the results of range and variance analysis,the optimal scheme is selected to verify the results,and the optimal mix ratio is thus obtained.
