摘 要:文章以新时代党和国家以及经济社会发展对应用型本科院校工商管理专业人才培养的需求为出发点,对应用型本科院校及其工商管理专业学生培养目标进行科学分析、精准定位。针对当前应用型本科院校工商管理专业教学目标定位不准、培养方案应用性不强、教学方法单一、师资不足等问题,分析了应用型本科院校工商管理专业人才培养的路径,提出要明确以市场需求为导向的培养目标、将学生实践训练课程引入培养方案、突破传统单一的教学方法、建立教学质量监控体系、加强教学反馈并鼓励社会参与评价。Starting from the demand of the Party,the state and the economic and social development for the cultivation of business administration talents in application-oriented colleges in the new era,a scientific analysis as well as precise positioning are conducted with regard to the training objectives of applicationoriented colleges,especially of their business administration majors.In view of the current problems such as inaccurate positioning of teaching objectives,weak applicability of training programs,single teaching method and inadequate teaching staff,the training path of business administration majors in application-oriented colleges is analyzed.It is proposed that the training objectives guided by market demand should be defined,students’ practical training courses should be introduced into training programs,the traditional single teaching method should be broken through,a teaching quality monitoring system should be established,teaching feedback should be strengthened,and social participation in evaluation should also be encouraged.
