摘  要:为了探究鹰嘴豆芽苗受到干旱胁迫及复水后产生的生理变化以及存在的差异,了解鹰嘴豆抵御和忍耐渗透胁迫的生理机制。本试验以鹰嘴豆种子为试验材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱的方法,设定0%、5%、10%、15%、20%的浓度梯度,研究鹰嘴豆种子萌发、芽苗生长和生理指标的变化以及复水后的生长情况。结果表明:轻度干旱对鹰嘴豆种子发芽和各项生理指标的影响都较小;重度干旱胁迫下,鹰嘴豆种子萌发时滞延长,发芽率降低,发芽指数以及活力指数都受到了极显著抑制,其脯氨酸、丙二醛和可溶性糖含量明显升高,蛋白质含量几乎无变化;复水后,鹰嘴豆芽苗生长和各项生理指标逐渐恢复。综上可知,鹰嘴豆种子萌发和芽苗生长对干旱适应性较强,复水后恢复较快,有一定的抗旱性。Cicer arietinum L.seeds are taken as experiment materials to explore the physiological changes and differences of its sprout after receiving drought stress and rehydration and to understand its physiological mechanism of resistance and tolerance to osmotic stress.The concentration gradient of 0%,5%,10%,15%and 20%is selected with PEG-6000 simulated drought to study the germination and growth of Cicer arietinum L.seeds,the changes of physiological indexes and its growth after the rehydration.The results show that mild drought has little effect on the seed germination and physiological indexes of Cicer arietinum L.The germination time of the seeds is delayed and germination rate is decreased under the severe drought stress.At the same time,germination index and activity index are significantly inhibited.The content of proline,malondialdehyde and soluble sugar increases greatly,while the content of protein almost remains unchanged.The growth and physiological indexes of sprout decreases gradually after the rehydration.In conclusion,the germination and sprout growth of Cicer arietinum L.show great adaptability to drought with certain drought resistanec,recovering quickly after the rehydration.
