摘 要:针对铸件采用人工清理打磨存在的工作量大、劳动强度高、扬尘点多等问题,提出了以EDRC系统和敏捷控制系统为核心,结合金刚石砂轮、通用自动工装等设备,采用智能化离线编程和基于专家数据库的编程技术等手段的工业机器人。探讨了在铸造清理工序应用工业机器人的可行性和技术特点,并对所遇到的铸件位置偏移、设备自主保护等问题进行了分析,并通过实例验证了使用工业机器人进行铸件打磨所凸显的经济效益和社会效益,以期给类似应用的推广带来借鉴意义。In order to solve the problems of manual casting cleaning and grinding with heavy workload,high labor intensity,and many dust-flying spots.Proposed the industry robot which took EDRC system and agile control system as the core system,combined with diamond grinding wheel,general automatic tooling equipment,used measures including intelligent off-line programming and programming technology based on expert database.The feasibility and technical characteristics of using industry robot in casting cleaning procedure was discussed,and the problems that casing position deviation,equipment self-protection were analyzed.As well as,the economic and social benefits showed by using industry robot to grind castings was verified by examples to bring referential significance for the promotion of similar applications.
