摘  要:对比分析了人造板样板在不同温湿度测试条件下的甲醛释放量(GB 18580-2017《室内装饰装修材料人造板及其制品中甲醛释放限量》的1 m^(3)气候箱法)和模拟承载率0.7 m^(2)/m^(3)使用时的箱内空气甲醛浓度(GB/T 18883-2002《室内空气质量标准》的方法)测试结果,发现部分人造板的甲醛释放量符合GB 18580-2017的要求,但其在承载率0.7 m2/m^(3)时箱内空气中甲醛浓度超过GB/T 18883-2002的限量(≤0.10 mg/m^(3))要求,且检测环境温湿度高时甲醛释放量和箱内空气中甲醛浓度测试结果明显增加。基于本次试验数据初步推断,人造板的甲醛释放量(1 m^(3)气候箱法)低于0.04 mg/m^(3),其制品应用于板材承载率为0.7 m^(2)/m^(3)的空间中,能满足GB/T 18883-2002的要求。The formaldehyde emission test results under different temperature and humidity test conditions(1 m^(3) climate chamber method in GB 18580-2017 Indoor decorating and refurbishing materials Limit of formaldehyde emission of wood-based panels and finishing products)and formaldehyde concentration in the climate chamber air under simulated loading rate of 0.7 m^(2)/m^(3)(method in GB/T 18883-2002 Indoor air quality standard)were compared and analyzed.It was found that even if some wood-based panels met the requirements of GB 18580-2017,the formaldehyde concentration in the air of the climate chamber exceeded the limit of GB/T 18883—2002(≤0.10 mg/m3)when the loading rate was 0.7 m^(2)/m^(3),and the formaldehyde emission of wood-based panels increased significantly at high temperature.It could be estimated that the wood-based panel with formaldehyde emission of(1 m^(3) climate chamber method)lower than 0.04 mg/m^(3) could met the requirements of GB/T 18883-2002.
