摘  要:针对当前军校任职教育采用传统课堂教学模式存在教学效率不高、学为主体的教学目标不明显的问题,结合线上教学的优势特点和任职教育的培养需求,探索研究在任职教育中采用线上教学与课堂教学互融的形式,并提出互融适应性的教学实践方式来提高教学质量,对军校任职教育改革创新实践具有一定的参考价值。According to low teaching efficiency and the unclear objective of learning as the Subject of the traditional classroom teaching in existing military occupational education,the fusion of online and classroom teaching is proposed combing with the advantages of online teaching and the needs of vocational education.And the blending adaptive teaching practices is put forward to improve the teaching quality.There is a certain reference value in the reform and innovation of the military occupational education.
