摘　　要：原发性免疫性血小板减少症(primary immune thrombocytopenia,ITP)是一种获得性自身免疫性疾病,常与体内存在血小板抗体有关。ITP可继发于多种良恶性疾病,其中与实体肿瘤同时发生较为少见,而合并卵巢癌者更为少见。现报告1例晚期卵巢癌二次手术合并ITP的病例资料,并复习相关文献,以引起大家对本病的关注及认识,同时为以后的临床诊疗增加经验。Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is an acquired autoimmune disease.It is often associated with the presence of platelet antibodies in the body.ITP can be secondary to a variety of benign and malignant diseases,among which cooccurrence with solid tumors is rare,and cooccurrence with ovarian cancer is even rarer.This paper reports a case of advanced ovarian cancer complicated with ITP during the second operation,and reviews the relevant literature,in order to arouse people′s attention and understanding of this disease,and to add experience for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment.
