摘　　要：菊粉可改变菌群丰度,增大肠上皮通透性,加快营养物质吸收,并促使菌群分泌代谢物(如短链脂肪酸、胆汁酸、脂多糖等)以激活G蛋白偶联受体、蛋白激酶和法尼脂X受体等调控脂肪代谢。因此,本文对菊粉通过肠道菌群及其代谢产物调控脂肪代谢相关信号通路的作用机制以及菊粉在动物生产中的应用研究进行综述,以期为菊粉对脂肪代谢的调控作用研究提供方向和思路。Inulin changes the abundance of the flora,increases the permeability of the intestinal epithelium,accelerates the absorption of nutrients,and promotes the secretion of metabolites(such as short-chain fatty acids,bile acids,lipopolysaccharides,etc.)to activate G protein coupled receptors,protein kinases,and Farnesoid X receptors regulate fat metabolism.Therefore,this article reviews the mechanism of inulin through the intestinal flora and its metabolites in regulating fat metabolism-related signaling pathways,with a view to providing research direction and ideas for the regulation of inulin on fat metabolism in the future.
