摘 要:我国在贫困大学生资助方面构建了较为完整的资助政策体系,通过发放各类奖助学金、开通绿色通道等渠道确保大学贫困新生顺利入学,一定程度缓解了贫困生经济压力。贫困生资助是高职院校学生教育管理工作的重要内容之一,但是目前高职院校贫困生资助工作更多停留在物质层面的帮扶,忽略了学生在学业、精神、心理、就业等方面存在的问题。基于此,在对高职院校贫困生资助育人工作实际问题研究的基础上,提出“六位一体”的资助育人新模式,以期实现发展型资助,最终实现全员育人的教育目标。China has established a relatively complete financial aid policy system for disadvantaged college students,which ensures the smooth enrollment of disadvantaged college students by issuing various kinds of grants and loans,opening the green channel and other channels,and alleviates the economic pressure of disadvantaged college students to a certain extent.Financial aid for disadvantaged students is one of the important contents of higher vocational college students'education and management.However,at present,the aid mainly focuses on material assistance,ignoring the problems existing in students'studies,emotion,psychology,employment and etc.On the basis of the research on the practical problems of disadvantaged students'aiding education in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward a new mode of"six-in-one"aiding education to realize the development-oriented aiding and ultimately realize the goal of all-staff education.
