摘　　要：在“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇期,准确把握高校思政“金课”建设的背景,积极推进思政“金课”建设,采取打造思政“金师”,提升教学力;打造时代新人,提升学习力;打造教学共同体,提升作用力的策略,开启新时代高校思政课高质量发展的新格局,是新时代思政课教学改革的应有之义。During the historic intersection of the"two centenary"goals,we should accurately master the background information and actively promote the construction of the"golden courses"of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,adopt three strategies of constructing"golden teachers"by enhancing their teaching abilities,creating new people of the new era by improving their learning competence,and building teaching community by elevating its influence to open up a new pattern of high-quality development and get its due meaning of the teaching reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
