摘  要:目的调查广州市综合医院急诊科医护人员的职业倦怠现状并分析其原因,为制定医院管理相关政策或措施提供研究证据。方法采取质性研究方法,从广州市4家综合医院急诊科中随机抽取40名医护人员,采用半结构式访谈,对访谈资料进行整理和描述性分析。结果急诊科医护人员普遍存在职业倦怠感,主要原因表现在个体主观意愿、医患关系、工作特点、工作环境、医院文化、国家政策等方面,信息化和新技术对改善职业倦怠有帮助。结论急诊科医护人员职业倦怠现状严重,建议政府和医院管理者高度关注,可从国家政策、急诊建设、医患关系、医务人员身心健康干预、新技术应用和信息化建设等方面着手改善。Objective To investigate the current situation of job burnout among medical staff in the emergency department of Guangzhou general hospitals and analyze its causes,so as to provide research evidence for formulating hospital management related policies or measures.Methods Using qualitative research method,40 medical staff were randomly selected from the Emergency Departments of 4 general hospitals in Guangzhou.Semi-structured interviews were conducted to sort out and descriptive analysis the interview data.Results Job burnout was common among medical staff in emergency department.The main reasons were individual subjective will,doctor-patient relationship,job characteristics,working environment,hospital culture,national policy,etc.Informatization and new technology were helpful to improve occupational burnout.Conclusion The current situation of job burnout of medical staff in emergency department is serious.It is suggested that the government and hospital managers should pay high attention to it,and improve it from the aspects of national policy,emergency construction,doctor-patient relationship,medical staff’s physical and mental health intervention,new technology application and information construction.
