摘 要:通过HyperMesh软件Optistruct求解器对某跨座式单轨车底架冲击座进行了静强度分析,在超载拉伸工况和超载压缩工况下,冲击座的最大应力均小于许用应力,符合规范要求;在满足规范的情况下,对冲击座进行了拓扑优化和尺寸优化,确定了最佳的材料分布和最佳板厚,最终使冲击座质量减少了31.1%.优化效果可观,为以后机车车辆底架冲击座的设计提供了参考.The static strength analysis on striker of a straddle-type monorail is completed by Optistruct solver of HyperMesh software. Under the conditions of overload tension and overload compression, the maximum stress of the striker is less than the allowable stress, which meets the standard. Under the condition of meeting the specification, the optimal material distribution and plate thickness are determined by topology optimization and size optimization of the striker, and the striker mass is reduced by 31.1% finally. The optimization effect is considerable, which provides a reference for the design of striker of locomotive and rolling stock underframe in the future.
