摘  要:为解决我军空降兵武器装备火力打击能力弱、反应速度慢和地面机动性差的问题,对空降火箭炮武器系统进行轻量化研究。通过分析空降兵和空降火箭炮武器系统的作战使命和任务,对空降火箭炮武器系统进行功能轻量化,将其装备组成从11种精简到6种,减轻武器系统质量,优化空降兵火力打击体系武器装备配置。通过对火箭炮底盘系统、火力系统和火控电气系统功能与技术分析,提出空降火箭炮总体轻量化方案和结构部件材料、结构及成形技术的轻量化方法,使火箭炮空投状态质量和外廓尺寸满足运-8C空运和投物-19空投的要求。所采用的武器系统组成功能轻量化、武器装备总体方案轻量化和结构部件轻量化方法,可为我军未来空降武器的研制提供参考和借鉴。The lightweight research on the airborne rocket launcher weapon systems was conducted to solve the problems of weak firepower capability,slow response speed and poor ground maneuverability of the airborne weaponry and equipment of our army.By analyzing the operational missions and tasks of airborne troops and airborne rocket launcher weapon systems,the functional lightweight of airborne rocket launcher weapon systems is performed to reduce its equipment composition from 11 to 6 types and the weight of weapon systems,and optimizes the configuration of weapons for the airborne force fire strike system.The overall lightweight program of the airborne rocket launcher and the lightweight approach to the structural component materials,structure and forming technology are proposed,based on the analysis of the function and technology of the rocket launcher chassis system,firepower system and fire control electrical system.Through the program and approach,the mass and outline sizes of the rocket launcher can meet the requirements of Y-8C airlifter and Drop-19 airdrop system.The functional lightweight of the weapon system components,the overall program lightweight of weaponry and the structural components can provide references for the development of China′s future airborne weaponry.
