摘 要:介绍了国内首座钢结构地铁车站环球影城站设计、施工和监测方案,研究一套集变形、应力应变于一体的全过程实时监测系统,并对监测成果进行详尽分析。监测结果表明,变形和应力应变主要发生在钢屋架合龙、临时支架拆除卸载、混凝土屋面浇筑、屋面绿植种植施工这些主要荷载增加或受力转换环节,与模拟结果基本一致。实时监测系统监测结果可较好地反映钢结构在体系转换全过程的变形和受力变化,为顺利施工提供技术保障。This paper introduces the design, construction and monitoring scheme of Universal Studio Station of Beijing, the first steel structure subway station in China. A real-time monitoring system of the whole process with deformation and stress strain integrated is studied, and the monitoring results are analyzed in detail. Monitoring results show that deformation and stress strain mainly occur in the main load increase or force conversion links, such as steel roof frame closure, temporary bracket removal and unloading, concrete roof pouring, roof green-planting construction, which is basically consistent with the simulation results. The monitoring results of the real-time monitoring system can better reflect the deformation and force change of the steel structure in the whole process of system transformation, hence providing technical guarantee for smooth construction.
