摘  要:为了明确伴生菌诱导的云南松挥发性化合物对云南切梢小蠹嗅觉行为的影响,基于HS-SPME-GC/MS前期的分析结果,用8种云南松主要挥发性成分作为气味源,用多臂嗅觉仪测定云南切梢小蠹的嗅觉反应,筛选有较强引诱力的4种化合物测定不同气味组合对云南切梢小蠹引诱力,研究伴生菌对云南松挥发性成分的影响。结果表明,伴生菌间诱导云南松韧皮部挥发性化合物的相对含量和组分有差异,α-蒎烯和β-月桂烯的相对含量增高,β-蒎烯、4烯丙基苯甲醚、金合欢烯的相对含量减少,Ophiostoma canum能诱导云南松产生3-蒈稀、β-石竹稀,Leptographium conjunctum、O.ips和O.Abietinum能诱导云南松产生莰烯。嗅觉实验表明,8种挥发性化合物对云南切梢小蠹的引诱能力存在差异,其中4-烯丙基苯甲醚、金合欢烯、α-蒎烯和长叶烯对云南切梢小蠹的引诱力最强。气味源组合3213(即:α-蒎烯2 mg/ml、金合欢烯1 mg/ml、4-烯丙基苯甲醚0.5 mg/ml和长叶烯2 mg/ml)对云南切梢小蠹有较好的引诱作用。本研究结果为开发云南切梢小蠹引诱剂开发提供参考。In order to further clarify the effect of the volatile compounds of Pinus yunnanensis on the behavior of Tomicus yunnanensis,HS-SPME-GC/MS was used to analyze the effects of associated fungi on the volatile components of P.yunnanensis.Based on the above results,the olfactory reaction of T.yunnanensis was determined by using 8 main volatile components of P.yunnanensis,and 4compounds with strong attractiveness to T.yunnanensis were set up with three concentration gradients(0.5 mg/mL,1 mg/mL and 2 mg/mL)to determine the attractiveness of different odor combinations.The results showed that the relative amounts and components of volatile compounds produced in the phloem of P.yunnanensis induced by different bark beetle associated fungi were different.The relative contents ofα-pinene andβ-myrcene increased,while the relative contents ofβ-pinene,4-allyl anisole and farnesene decreased.In addition,some associated fungi could also induce the phloem of P.yunnanensis to produce 3-carex andβ-caryophyllus and camphene.Olfactory experiments showed that there were differences in the attractiveness of the eight volatile compounds to bark beetles,among which 4-allyl anisole,farnesene,α-pinene and longifolene were the most attractive.The odor combination 3213(i.e.α-pinene 2 mg/mL,farnesene 1 mg/mL,4-allyl anisole 0.5 mg/mL and Longifolene 2 mg/mL)had a good attraction to T.yunnanensis.The results showed that the components and contents of volatile compounds in P.yunnanensis could be induced by the associated bacteria,β-pinene had a certain repellent effect on T.yunnanensis during the period of feeding shoot.The mixture ofα-pinene,farnesene,4-allyl anisole and Longifolene could attract the adults of T.yunnanensis.
