摘　　要：目的:总结我国护士灾害准备度水平及影响因素。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library、EBSCO、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普和万方数据库从建库至2020年3月31日的文献,纳入关于我国护士灾害准备度影响因素的研究。2名研究者独立完成文献筛选、质量评价和信息提取,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入9项横断面研究,护士灾害准备度处于中等水平;Meta分析结果显示,灾害培训、救灾经历、学历、性别为护士灾害准备度的主要影响因素。结论:现有证据显示,我国护士灾害准备度处于中等水平,灾害培训、救灾经历、学历、性别为其主要影响因素,管理者可根据不同影响因素制定干预策略,提高护士灾害护理能力。Objective:To summarize the level of readiness for disaster and influencing factors of nurses in China.Methods:Literature on influencing factors of Chinese nurses’readiness for disaster were retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,EBSCO,Web of Science,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Database,and Wanfang Database from the establishment of the database to March 31,2020.Literature screening,quality evaluation and information extraction were completed by two reaearchers independently.And RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 9 cross-sectional studies were included,and readiness for disaster of nurses was at a moderate level.The meta-analysis results showed that disaster training,disaster relief experience,education background,and gender were the main factors affecting nurses’readiness for disaster.Conclusions:Existing evidence showed that the readiness for disaster of nurses in China was at a moderate level.And it’s main influencing factors were disaster training,disaster experience,education background,and gender.Managers could formulate intervention strategies according to different influencing factors to improve nurses’disaster nursing ability.
