摘 要:荔枝是我国南方特色水果,有很高的食用价值和经济价值。但荔枝采后极不耐贮运,易出现果皮褐变、果实腐烂和风味劣变等现象,导致采后严重的损耗,也影响其贮藏与销售。通过文献和生产实际总结出荔枝果实出现损耗的表现,并分析了荔枝损耗发生的途径和原因,以期为荔枝采后研究及控制损耗技术的研发提供参考。Litchi is a characteristic fruit in southern China,with high edible and economic value.However,litchis are very difficult to store and transport after harvest,and it is easy to appear the phenomena of pericarp browning,fruit decay and flavor deterioration,which leads to severe postharvest losses and affects the storage and sales.This paper summarized the performance of litchi loss through literature and production practice,and analyzed the paths and reasons of litchi loss,in order to provide reference for the research on litchi post-harvest and the research and development of loss control technology.
