摘  要:目的探讨“案例教学法”在食品卫生与营养学专业的«医学营养学»教学改革中的设计、实施与效果。方法对蚌埠医学院2017级食品卫生与营养学专业的«医学营养学»部分课程中实施案例教学法,对2016级食品卫生与营养专业采用传统教学法,并通过问卷调查和理论考试成绩方式评价两种教学方法的效果。结果案例教学法组96%的同学认为案例教学法提高了同学们解决问题的能力;78%的同学认为案例教学法增加了学习«医学营养学»课程的兴趣和主动性,94%的同学认为教师在案例分析与讨论中的时时引导,增加了师生互动。80%的同学认为案例教学法增进了人际沟通交流技巧,74%的同学认为提高了创新思维意识,82%的同学认为提高了团队合作精神;案例教学法组学生理论成绩高于传统教学法组(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法可以有效提高教学效果,在«医学营养学»教学中具有一定的可行性和较好的教学效果。Objective To explore the design,implementation and effect of“case teaching method”in the teaching reform of Medical Nutrition of food hygiene and nutrition specialty.Methods The case teaching method was implemented in part of the“Medical Nutrition”course of 2017 food Hygiene and Nutrition major of Bengbu Medical College,and the traditional teaching method was implemented in grade 2016 of food hygiene and nutrition major.The effect of the two teaching methods was evaluated by questionnaire survey and theoretical examination results.Results In the case teaching group,96%of the students thought that the case teaching method improved their problem-solving ability.78%of the students believed that the case teaching method increased their interest and initiative in learning the course of Medical Nutrition,and 94%of the students believed that the teachers'constant guidance in case analysis and discussion increased the interaction between teachers and students.80%of the students think that the case teaching method has improved interpersonal communication skills,74%think that it has improved the consciousness of innovative thinking,and 82%think that it has improved the spirit of teamwork.Student in case teaching group performed higher theory grades than traditional teaching method group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Case teaching method could effectively improve the teaching effect,and it is feasible and effective in the teaching of Medical nutrition.
