摘  要:采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)技术分析了6种太空莲盛开期花朵的挥发性成分。结果表明:从6个具有亲缘关系的太空莲品种中共鉴定出21种挥发性物质,6个品种挥发性成分化学组成不同,但主要成分类似;烷烃类在各个品种中均含量最多,其次是烯烃类和醇类,与其他常规杂交育种形成的荷花品种的挥发性物质研究结果类似。因此,不能说明太空育种、离子注入及常规杂交育种等育种方法在荷花品种香气改良上具有显著差异。研究结果为荷花香气成分的遗传改良和太空莲的深加工提供了参考。The volatile components in flower petals of six varieties of space lotus were determined by using headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy(GC-MS).The results showed that a total of 21 volatile compounds are identified from the six space lotus varieties with genetic relationship.The chemical composition of volatile components of the six varieties is different,but the main components are similar.Alkanes are the most abundant in all the space lotus varieties,followed by alkenes and alcohols,which are similar to the results of other lotus cultivars selected from conventional cross breeding.There is no significant difference in aroma improvement between the lotus varieties evolved from space breeding,ion implantation and conventional cross breeding.The results provides reference for genetic improvement of lotus aroma components and deep processing of space lotus.
