摘 要:用B_(2)O_(3)、K_(2)O、P_(2)O_(5)分别等量替代摩尔分数1%Na_(2)O,研究其含量变化对铝硅酸盐玻璃高温黏度、析晶性能、物理性能(包括退火点、软化点、应变点及热膨胀系数)的影响。结果表明:Na_(2)O被等量替代后,各料方高温黏度变化不大,但低温黏度差异性较大;B_(2)O_(3)、K_(2)O可降低玻璃的退火点、软化点、应变点,各降幅约10℃;P_(2)O_(5)可提高玻璃的退火点、软化点和应变点,各增幅为20℃左右;各料方的膨胀系数虽有变化,但变化量不大,为3×10^(-7)/℃左右;适当引入K_(2)O、P_(2)O_(5),有利于对析晶性能的控制。B_(2)O_(3),K_(2)O and P_(2)O_(5) were used to replace Na_(2)O in equal amounts,respectively,the influence of its content change on the high temperature viscosity,crystallization properties and physical properties(including annealing point,softening point,strain point and thermal expansion coefficient)of aluminosilicate glass were studied.The results show that:After the same amount of substitution,the high-temperature viscosity of each material has little change,but the low-temperature viscosity is quite different;B_(2)O_(3) and K_(2)O can reduce the annealing point,softening point and strain point of glass by about 10℃;P_(2)O_(5) can increase the annealing point,softening point and strain point of the glass by about 20℃;although the expansion coefficient of each material is changed,the change is not large,about 3×10^(-7)/℃;The proper introduction of K_(2)O and P_(2)O_(5) is beneficial to the control of crystallization performance.
