摘 要:随着大规模新能源并入电网,将引起系统电压支撑能力下降,由此加重了系统的波动性和不确定性,并产生了较高的弃风、弃光率。针对新能源电网的光热电站调度优化问题,提出了以区域电网断面送出极限、新能源机组消纳量及系统电压支撑能力为优化目标,并充分考虑丰大光大运行方式下其他新能源机组的影响因素,基于电力系统综合仿真程序(PSASP)建立了某省实际电网模型,并探讨在光热机组不同出力及接入位置组合下,新能源电网的暂态电压稳定性、断面输送极限和新能源机组消纳量等问题。As large-scale new energy is integrated into the power grid,the voltage support capacity of the system decreases,which aggravates the volatility and uncertainty of the system,and leads to high rates of wind and light abandonment.Focusing on the optimized scheduling of the photo-thermal power station,this paper proposes that the section transmission limit of the regional power grid,the consumption of the new energy unit and the voltage support capacity of the system should be taken as the optimization goal,and full consideration be given to the influence factors of other new energy units in the operation mode of plenty of solar energy.A model of the actual power grid of a certain province is established based on PSASP,and the transient voltage stability,section transmission limit and the consumption of the new energy unit are discussed under the combination of different outputs and access positions of the photo-thermal unit.
